We do not guarantee that the software will operate without interruption, be completely error-free, or meet every individual user's expectations or hardware configuration. The use of the software is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerds Nova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your installation or use of Hewls Driver Updater.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, hardware malfunction, software conflicts, data loss, loss of productivity, or any other commercial or personal damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the applicable software license or subscription.

Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of Hewls Driver Updater and permanently uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your devices, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
